Purchasing Information
Prices range from approximately $100-$450:
Portraits, houses, pets, and landscape artwork is created based on
your photographs. Please allow at least a few weeks for
completion. Framing is available for an additional
cost. To purchase artwork shown on this site, or to order
custom artwork, please contact

READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT
BEFORE PURCHASING ARTWORK:
The Artist’s Rights:
The Artist, Amy U. Brown, reserves the copyrights to all works
purchased and/or commissioned by the Patron that are created by the
Artist, including all reproduction rights. Parent/Guardian
signature is needed before the Artist will create work portraying the
likeness of a child under the age of 18.
The Patron’s Rights according to the Artist: Duplications or
reproductions or the original artwork can be made by the Patron as long
as the reproductions are being used for personal use, and are not being
used for profit. Any reproduction of any part or whole of the artwork
must include reference to the Artist. Any attempt to copy or reproduce
any part or whole of the artwork with the intention of selling or making
a profit would infringe on copyright laws.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
It is the intent of this contract that the Artist will create artwork
that the Patron will purchase. However, if, after the work is completed,
the Patron does not wish to purchase the work, the Patron may refuse. In
that case, the Artist will retain the refused artwork and the
non-refundable deposit, free of any claims or interests of the Patron.
